Gail's background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Florida, a Florida Real Estate Broker's License acquired in 1982 and she previously co-owned a local mortgage company. When not selling real estate, Gail enjoys hosting large dinner parties for friends and family, boating and traveling abroad.

As a second generation realtor and Sarasota resident, Ian brings his vast knowledge about the area and experience to every real estate transaction. With an emphasis on finance and real estate he graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida and started his career as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch. Deciding to change gears and go into the family business, real estate, Ian returned to his alma mater. After earning his MBA he joined Smith Associates as a New Home Sales Associate for several high-rise developments on the Gulf Coast. He thrived earning sales in excess of $20,000,000 for an impressive four consecutive years.
Like his mother, Ian caught the attention of Michael Saunders who saw an opportunity to join forces in marketing and selling Bleu Claire, an elegant beachfront condominium community located on Longboat Key. Now part of the Addy & Wittig Team, Ian's analytical strength and customer service focus is an immeasurable part of the team's overall success.

Barbara Milian, PA - Licensed Real Estate Assistant
With over 18 years in the business, Barbara has combined her love of real estate with her fluency in Spanish to cultivate a successful and diverse career in the industry. Her first taste of real estate came during college, when she worked on-site with a Florida developer in Miami. Her interest was piqued and Barbara went on to work as a leasing agent for Oakwood Apartments, the world's largest corporate housing company.
Setting her sights on a position with more responsibility, Barbara moved to California where she became an on-site property manager, overseeing nearly 500 apartments and managing office employees and maintenance personnel. Eventually Barbara and her family returned to Florida in 1995 and settled in Manatee County. She joined Michael Saunders as a rental agent, and was then quickly promoted to Anna Maria Island's property manager before becoming an assistant with Gail's previous team in 2000. Barbara brings her extensive knowledge in property management, real estate servces, bilingual skills and exceptional customer relations to all of the teams transactions making them flow smoothly from contract to closing.
