ANNA MARIA ISLAND
Anna Maria Island is one of Manatee County's barrier islands located between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. Anna Maria Island is known for its fantastic views of the Bob Graham/Sunshine Skyway Bridge and is home to the largest public beach in Manatee County, Coquina Beach.
Anna Maria Island is 7.5 miles long and 2 miles wide stretching from the northern end of Longboat Key into the greater Tampa Bay area. Three beaches span across the coastline including Bradenton Beach to the South, Holmes Beach in the center and Anna Maria City to the North.
